What is NAET?
NAET is the Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Techniques. NAET is an innovative treatment for allergies that is completely natural, painless and non-invasive. This method can be used safely on anyone, even newborn infants, the elderly, patients in a coma, and pets. NAET can also be used to treat healthy individuals with hidden allergies that cause illness in the future. In addition, NAET can complement other medical therapies requiring the use of pharmaceutical drugs (e.g. antibiotics, chemotherapy, radiation) to treat for any side effects and to maximize the effectiveness of the drugs. With the progress of modern science and technology, new chemicals and products are being developed every day which create potential allergens for many people. NAET is a truly revolutionary solution that provides relief from adverse reactions to new allergens and empowers the individual to live a better life in our modern world.
How Does NAET Work?
The NAET treatment stimulates pressure points along the spine from the neck to the sacrum while the patient is holding the allergen. After the treatment, a strong MRT (Muscle Response Testing) indicates that the allergy has been removed. Specific acupressure points are then massaged or acupuncture needles may be inserted for 20 min to stabilize the treatment. The substance must then be completely avoided for 25 hours following the treatment for best results.
Allergens are treated and cleared one at a time in a specific sequence. Normally only one item is treated on a given day. In most cases one session is all that is required to eliminate an allergy if NAET is applied properly. Individuals who are highly sensitive may sometimes require additional treatments.
Allergies As A Cause of Illness
An individual can be allergic to anything: foods, drinks, pharmaceutical drugs, herbs, vitamins, water, clothing, jewelry, chemicals, paint, silicone, latex, plastics, pollen, grasses, etc. When contact is made with an allergen, it causes blockages in the energy pathways called meridians, disrupting the normal flow of energy through the body’s electrical circuits. This energy blockage causes interference in communication between the brain and body via the nervous system which begins a chain of events that can develop into an allergic response. Undiagnosed allergies are often the cause of common or chronic illness which when left untreated can become serious or critical. Through illness, pain, inflammation, headaches, fever, heart attacks, strokes, abnormal growths, tumors, and various physical, physiological and psychological discomforts, the brain signals the body about the possible dangers if the allergy blockages remain within the body. The result of energy imbalances in the body leads to a diminished state of health in one or more organ system.
Acupuncture is the insertion of needles that are hair-thin into the body (acupuncture point) to gain a therapeutic effects via modulation of the body’s natural energies, or Qi. There is very little pain associated with the needle insertion and it is free of side effects. A majority of ppatients experience a pleasant and relaxing state of being, and sometimes they fall into a restful nap. Other modalities of acupuncture can be used in conjunction with needling to enhancing the effect, such as an electrical stimulation, infra-red heat therapy or hot pack, scraping method. Acupuncture can benefit pain management the most and also helps with stress-induced high blood pressure, mental disorders (depression, insomnia), menstrual cramps and menopausal symptoms, and loss of body weight. It does so via the release of intrinsic opioids. Acupuncture also strengthens your physical condition and immune systems.
Acupressure and Tui-Na
Acupressure is similar to acupuncture, yet the practitioner uses their fingers to apply pressure on the point instead of a needle. This technique may be used for the patient who has a strong fear of needles. Tui-Na is system of massage techniques that are specific to certain muscular problems. It is frequently used for patient who has stress and tension, anxiety and insomnia as well as for athletes’ pain syndromes.
Reflexology is the application of appropriate pressure to specific points and areas on the feet, hands, or ears. These areas and points correspond to different body organs and systems. Through pressuring on these areas and points, reflexology relieves tension, improves circulation and helps promote the natural function of the related areas of the body.
Chinese herbology is a system of using specific roots, herbs, twigs, whole plants and some animal parts as medicine. It was developed more that 4,000 years ago and has been tested throughout time and healing benefits. Today they may come as raw herbs, tinctures or capsules. We provide Chinese traditional herbs to help support the energetic “re-programming” and “re-balancing” efforts of acupuncture.
Diet and Nutrition
Chinese diet therapy is the use of foods to bring about good health and the prevention of diseases. The diet therapy is used in ways similar to Chinese herbal therapy.
